Helping you make your ideas a reality

Taking all the key points from our first discussion into account, we will then supply you with the first drafting of your design, along with a floor plan layout and a scaled elevation drawing. This process can take up to a few weeks, but we discuss the exact time scale with you during our meeting.

We work alongside you throughout the whole process, ensuring we create everything exactly to your requirements. Each design will focus on creating a functional area that takes advantage of any natural light, space and style.

Once you are happy with the design, we will obtain all the documentation required for your build, which includes;

Planning Permission
Building Regulations
Certificate of Lawful Development applications
Building Regularisation applications
(for work that has already been undertaken)

We have direct contact with local authorities, which ensure that the property complies with the local authority’s regulations and makes sure that you receive the construction that you want.
